14k Gold square 20ga wire for the wide band
Natural stone agate variegated color dark brown with beige veins running down one side.
Oval shape natural agate cut and shaped high polished
This ring has a very strong wide shank which consists of 8 pieces of 20ga square ‘wire bound together using 20ga 1/2 round wire .
Once they are bound together I put it on a ring mandrel to form a u shape.
Then I flip 2 wires on each side of the u up to form the base for the gemstone.
This has to be measured perfectly to accommodate the stone:
Once the stone is in place I shape the side wires to lay over the stone and secure in place.
It is then placed back on the mandrel to perfect the size .
No glue or chemicals are used in this product
